Our Legacy

The Legacy Story was founded by Minnelle, a passionate storyteller who understands the value of story. Minnelle wanted to preserve her grandfathers stories for posterity, so she interviewed him and recorded his answers on her cell phone.Unfortunately, she lost her cell phone and with it, her grandfather’s stories.

She was devastated by this loss and wished there was a better way to save and share his stories. She realized that many people have similar stories that are at risk of being forgotten or lost.

That’s why she created The Legacy Story, a platform that makes it easy for anyone to create their own story or help someone else create theirs. She wanted to help people capture their stories in a beautiful and lasting way that they can cherish and pass on to their loved ones.Minnelle believes that everyone has a story worth telling.

She believes that stories can bring people closer together, foster understanding, and enrich lives. She believes that stories can create a legacy that transcends time and space.
